"Do I really need a new boiler? The old one is still going strong!"

That may be true, however how efficient is it? An old freestanding or back boiler is is not very efficient by modern standards,  perhaps as low as  50 - 60 % . A new high efficiency condensing boiler is over 90% efficient. You dont need to be a mathematician to realise how much money you can save by switching from an old in-efficient appliance to a brand new high efficiency condensing boiler.

While cost is important to every one, it is not the only consideration. there are literally dozens of brands and makes of central heating boilers. How do you know which one is the right one for you?

With that experience we understand that not all boilers are the same, especially when it comes to reliability. The quality of  after sales service provided by manufacturers varies too.

We also know that the aftersales care provided by installers is not the same either. Sadly many people realise after the work has been carried out that the installer is difficult or impossible to contact in the event of a problem developing.
